Refund policy
Our return policy is effective for 30 days after receiving your product. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be:
- Unused
- In the same condition that you received it (no perfume/cologne scent, etc.)
- In the original packaging

Return requests for orders received and delivered after 30 days will be politely declined. Thank you for your understanding.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Play Loud Golf will provide a pre-paid shipping label for all returns when the items being returned are the result of a Play Loud Golf error.
Requesting an exchange: Play Loud Golf will provide a pre-paid shipping label for all exchanges when the items being returned are the result of a Play Loud Golf error. If the requested exchange is not a result of a Play Loud Golf error, the cost of the return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Requesting a refund: If you return an item using our prepaid label from PLG and the reason for the return is not a result of a Play Loud Golf error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item qualifies for a free return. If you choose to ship an item on your own, you will pay the carrier at the time you ship your return. If the return is the result of a Play Loud Golf error, we will refund your full purchase price without any shipping costs deductions.
